BSOD when closing my games

hello I am new here and im not very familiar with how to post properly and im not very good at computers so can anyone please help me? ive read a thread telling me to get my "dump"? and upload it here. Im new to these forums things im not really sure if im doing it right so please bear with me. thank you.

Firstly can you update your Operating System to SErvice Pack 1 via Windows Updates. This will improve system stability.

Either try to update the driver here or better still uninstall Avast and install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes. Be sure to uncheck the Enable Free Trial option in MalwareBytes.

Also uninstall Daemon Tools, a known cause of BSODs.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools.
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
3. Double click the executable to open it
4. Click the button shown below

If the button it is grayed out, as shown in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can just close the window.

Counterfeit installations such as yours contained heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this reason, many analysts won't attempt it.

My recommendation is to install a genuine Windows 7. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows 7 installation, and are still experiencing BSOD's, we will be happy to help you solve them

we actually share this laptop and it was my friend that helped me install windows and other stuff to it. does this mean that the windows installed is not original? I only use it to play dota2 and other games but sometimes when im closing them BSOD happens. I have to ask the others about uninstalling avast and daemon. but i will report back here in a few days and tell you the result. because BSOD only happens at least once every 2-3 days. again thank you for helping me.

Yes it means the Windows install is not original. It doesn't really matter what troubleshooting steps you follow, the chances are you'll still get BSODs with a pirated copy of Windows. Buy a genuine copy of the media and reinstall using the product key you bought, then we'll help you out.
