BSOD when connecting computer to TV

Whenever I connect my computer to the TV using S-Video, the screen on the laptop flashes for about 5 seconds, switching between Aero and Basic Themes, gives an error messgae that the graphics card recovered from an error, then BSOD's. I've included the minidump. For the graphics card, see my system specs.

I solved my own error. For anyone who has a GM965 graphics, you will need to use the vista drivers if you want to connect your computer to the TV. The vista drivers work just as well as the Windows 7 drivers.

I have something similar to this, I have a ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series card.
When I had my TV hooked up, I would sometimes have this issue where my mouse icon would first glitch up, then it would normally crash but sometimes it would come out of it's glitch. If it continued, I had no BSOD, but the screen did turn blue and started strobbing between a pattern of blue blocky colors, nothing would happen it could sit there all day, until I restarted it.

I realized this had something to do with my extra display and it was a TV on S-Video, and I had it positioned to the South East corner of my monitor to get to it, so this problem would happen when I went to show the desktop or went to look at the time, since my mouse would jump onto the extra display (being the tv).

I have disabled my tv since I dont use it much, but haven't had the problem since.
