Solved BSOD when doing random things. STOP 0x0000003D prompted.

IT happens randomly and with different kind of stop code everytime. Please do assist. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply! Will running my memtest tonight.
About the ATI driver, is it really recommended to do so? Cause everytime I update the ATI driver, the next day I will definitely face BSOD.

Well run memtest86 first then we'll discuss other options if you haven't got any errors.

Ran memtest, found bad mem. Remove the sticks, no more bsod so far. Thanks!
