Welcome

Please remove any CD visualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver called sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Your McAffee remove and replace with Microsoft Security essentials
How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee consumer products using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe) :ar: Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

All dumps blamed on NETIO.SYS which is often caused by a malware/firewall. I strongly suspect your Mcaffee. I would remove and replace with Microsoft Security essentials. Run a full scan with it once installed.

The reason for the BSOD was McAffee. I removed it and now everything's fine.
Thanks for the help.
