BSOD when ever I start my PC

I just finished the upgrade of this PC in 2013 and started these issue after 6 months did restore, Change OS several times.. But nothing happen.. Some said My Graphix card has an issue or some said my One of the RAM dead. But nothing clear... Don't know the real problem is but bad BSOD is killing me :mad: .. Please help me..

I tried everything I could.. But nothing helps me.. :cry:

1, Install Windows 7 Service Pack 1

2, Uninstall Daemon Tools, if you need to mount disc images I recommend Virtual Clonedrive which is much more stable than Daemon Tools.

3, Use the Quick Heal Removal Tool to completely uninstall Quick Heal and then download and install Microsoft Security Essentials.

4, Uninstall or update Asus GamerOSD, it uses very old drivers:

ASUSTeK Display Lower Filter

ASUS Virtual Video Capture Device Driver.

5, Update the following drivers:

Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection
fffff880`08e00000 fffff880`08e50000 e1c62x64 Tue Dec 21 10:30:56 2010 (4D1073D0)

Problem was solved for like 2-3 weeks then again.. After I start my PC it's taking a BSOD! :(

1, You still haven't installed SP1.

2, You are still using Quick Heal and it has caused some of the BSODs:

Probably caused by : catflt.sys ( catflt+1216 )

3, Check your HD with Data Lifeguard Diagnostic and run chkdsk.
