Solved BSOD when exiting full screen videos, or games. 0x0000003B

Hi! I've been navigating the forums for a while now but I finally found myself in the need of creating a thread. I recently made a fresh install of windows on my PC, but I've noticed that I keep getting BSOD's every now and then when I exit a game or a video in full screen. I't not always but it's getting annoying. I re installed the Graphics cards drivers and the Antivirus as one post suggested but I just got another BSOD. I get the message:

My computer just crashed again, this are the files that appeared on my desktop, now the message on the bsod is different:
