BSOD when exiting ms excel 2010 and sometimes when restarting

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit (original OS)
The laptop is about 2 years now. I've tried re-installing office and it worked but then it blue screened again yesterday during an event we were having. I just also had a blue screen a while ago when restarting the system

There's a couple of things to try here.
Let's start off with the basics.

Remove this

It's your IObit software, either you have it removed and there's some leftover drivers, or it's broken.

    Timestamp: unavailable (00000000)
    Checksum:  00000000
    ImageSize:  0003F000

Extension or component to IObit.

Run SFC
This is just a command we recommend all doing. There's a tutorial for it below.

SFC /SCANNOW COMMAND

Upload any new dump because it's very likely this will not fix it yet.

Ok. I have quite a few iobit programs(malware fighter 3, advanced system care 4, game booster v3, smart defrag 2) on my pc and from what I've read it's the Malware fighter that uses the urlfilter.sys and filemonitor.

I've ran sfc /scannow two times now and there doesn't seem to be any problem. I'll go with uninstalling malware fighter now (gonna go with mse i guess)

it's been three bsod less weeks now so I guess the iobit malware fighter was the main culprit. Thank you FredeGail
