Stop 0xC4 means you have Driver Verifier enabled, over 3 days. And, no recent crash without driver verifier is not there in the zip.

We use DV only when there is a crash, and we are not sure about the actual cause of the crash; but guess that it is caused by any driver. I am not seeing any such reason there. So better you disable driver verifier, and see what happens there.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

So it crashed again right after i enabled verifier. Twice cos i had to restart.

I don't know if this information would help but i used to have this problem where nvidia display driver would stop responding. Recently i did a clean install of the newest nvidia drivers and only then did the BSOD started happening instead of the nvidia display driver stop working.

Anyway, new logs

Update your Sound Blaster Tactic(3d) Sigma Driver from Sound Blaster Tactic3D Sigma. It is very old, of 2009.

I hope you have uninstalled Daemon tools and iTunes already?

Do some USB maintenance. For the port, first, uninstall and reinstall the USB ports drivers.

  1. Right click on Computer icon > manage. It will open the computer management window.
  2. Click on "Device Manager" in the left pane, it will list all installed devices up.
  3. Expand "USB Serial Bus Controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
  4. Click on one item to select, then right click and uninstall.
  5. Do the same for all.
  6. Restart the computer.
  7. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate drivers.
And, Disable USB Selective Suspense too.
USB Selective Suspend - Turn On or Off

For the devices, first, detach all the USB devices other than the keyboard and mouse.
Then, Update the drivers for them all, including the keyboard and mouse, if any third party drivers are installed for them.

And, Disable Verifier means disable verifier. It does not mean to run it again.

Yes i have uninstalled Daemon tools and iTunes already. I have also updated my driver for the Sound Blaster Tactic(3D) Sigma.

For the usb maintenance, do i do the usb maintenance first, the disable USB selective suspense, then detach all USB devices from my cpu and then update?
