Was solved for about a week, but getting BSOD's again :'(
Attached new SF_Diagnostic file,

the Program BlueScreenView came up with this:
Bug Check String: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Bug Check Code: 0x0000000a
Caused By Driver: ntoskrnl.exe
Caused By Address: ntoskrnl.exe+75b80

Below is the old information
"hey so i recently built my own custom build PC and i get various Blue screens when i run certain programs for too long. the most affected program is the game "Minecraft" i can't run that for more than 5 minutes or i Blue screen but other games for example "Sonic Generations" and "League of Legends" i can run for a few hours before dying.

could this be a problem with my Hard drive/installed Operating system and it crashing due to a certain file?

steps i've taken:
- re-installed CPU with new paste and tried new CPU + fan
- swapped RAM sticks over, tried 1 at a time + tried replacing,
- tried new Graphics card
- used the windows 7 built-in format option
- used various software to check temperature of hardware and all turned up fine

so i installed my operating system from a second hand disc at first but later on i used a different disc and formatted it through the disc menu.

i had a chat with my nearby computer shop owner and he said this might be the problem as there could be some files that were corrupt from the first installation and weren't overwritten when i tried to re-install?

what do you guys think ?

after running a piece of software called "BlueScreenView" this is the information i managed to acquire:

Bug Check String: INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Bug Check Code: 0x0000003d
Parameter 1: fffff800`01ab9cd0
Parameter 2: 00000000`00000000
Parameter 3: 00000000`00000000
Parameter 4: fffff880`03345d0b
Caused by driver: ndis.sys
Caused by address: ndis.sys+2624
Crash Address: ntoskrnl.exe+75c00

and the 3 files that crashed/died were:
ndis.sys - ndis.sys+2624
ntoskrnl.exe - ntoskrnl.exe+751a9
nvlddmkm.sys - nvlddmkm.sys+b4d0b

any help would be great ^_^ i really wanna fix this asap!
would also like to be certain it is due to a corrupt installation before getting it properly formatted because i'll have a lot to download again afterwards :L"

ACPI\INT33A0\0 (Advanced Configuration and Power Interface):

Use the Intel Driver Update Utility: :ar: Intel® Driver Update Utility

Atheros AR8151 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20):
Download and install from OEM: :ar: ASRock > H61M-GS
* Check to ensure this is for the correct version you have.

Test your memory:

I would firstly try re-seating the RAM, ensure they are free from dust, and seated properly.
Then run memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.

   Tip
Run these tests overnight, pay particular attention to #3 in tutorial if errors occur

Don't shout...I've got a Hangover!
thanks a lot for the advice :D

i'm downloading and installing the appropriate drivers and updates now. I had no idea that there was a problem with my Nvidia drivers...

i'll perform all the maintenance you kindly suggested and get back to you after a few tests.
i'm going to leave the Memtest as a last resort as i don't have the appropriate things on hand to perform it :L

the specific address is: ntoskrnl.exe+75b80

i've attached my new SF_Diagonstics file as well.

Looks like the Nvidia Updater updated your drivers to the latest. :(

Install the :ar: 314.22 version again.

Then disable the Nvidia updater:

1. Press "Win key + R" combination to open the Run search box.
2. Type msconfig and click OK.
3. The System Configuration window will open
4. Select Start up tab and uncheck any Nvidia update programs present, click Apply.
5. Select the Services Tab, and check the "Hide all Microsoft Services"
6. Uncheck any Nvidia Corporation boxes, click Apply then OK, reboot.

This will stop Nvidia from updating the driver.

cheers

haha, no prob i appreciate everything you're doing anyway ^_^

okay i've installed 314.22 again but still getting them :'(
i'll attach my diagnostic again,

could it be a corrupt system 32 file? because every time i've done a fresh install of windows 7,
i've used the Format hard drive option on the CD and the owner of a nearby computer shop said that windows can still leave files behind and simply "updates" them so he offered to do a full formatting for me ?

thought it could be this because Ntoskrnl.exe appears as an error in every BSOD :L

Your Nvidia driver/card is faulting again with the 314.22 version installed.
I would suggest running memtest and also stress test your graphics card:

Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark: Video Card - :ar: Stress Test with Furmark

Monitor temperature of the system during the tests:

:ar: Speccy System Information
:ar: HWMonitor

If the card passes the test, then firstly try disabling the PCIe Link State Power Management in Windows
and check to see if your issue remains:

:ar: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/292971-pcie-link-state-power-management-turn-off-windows.html

If your issue is still present I would suggest trying the card in another PCIe slot.

Scan the system for possible virus infection:

:ar: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/166445-windows-defender-offline.html
:ar: http://support.kaspersky.com/5350?vs=s88446#s88446

Also your problem devices are still showing (as in post :ar: #2)?

Post back any results.

cheers

Dave

Hi,

It's Nvidia drivers again with 314.22 installed.

Check all cable connections to GPU and re-seat, check that your GPU and fans
are free from dust.

Uninstall Nvidia 3D vision.

Also I notice you don't have an Anti-virus program installed?

Please download and install:

:ar: Microsoft Security Essentials.
Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.

   Note
Once downloaded, update and run a full system scan

Post Back any results.
cheers
