Wasn't sure where to post, so apologies if I've committed a rookie error...I've been having crashes caused when I open my guitar simulation software Guitar Rig 5. The error appears as "driver irql not less or equal" and includes EtronXCHI.SYS. I'm completely baffled and have tried several different fixes posted in the Native Instruments forums including: deleting the program file and reinitializing, deleting and reinitializing the hidden app file, selecting the same sample rate for the audio interface and guitar sw., downloading and unzipping the regedit file from NI and unchecking the power management box on the USB hubs. Nothing has worked and the NI website doesn't really have viable tech support. Any ideas and help would be really appreciated.
