Bsod When im using cinema 4d or playing battlefield 3

Hi to all i'm new to the forum and i have a problem for about 6 months now...when im rendering on cinema 4d or 3d's max i'm getting a bsod.i'm getting a bsof when i'm playing battlefield 3 and some time when i'm in google chrome eather on facebook or on youtube...i've tried many things such as changing drivers or chanch the frequency of my ram to manual from tha bios...i don't know what else to do...thanks
