I am running Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium OEM on a Gateway NV78. I keep getting a BSOD when I try to install Service Pack 1, as well as when I try to do a backup/create a system image. I have run sfc /scannow several times and it doesn't find any problems. I have attached the minidump files as well as a system diagnostics report. Please help.

The crashes, or at least three of them seem to be related to a usb device.
I would unplug all external devices before you try to update next.
Also make sure to completely disable ALL of norton's features for the duration of the upgrade process.
I might even go so far as to remove it and reinstall it after the fact.
As several of the files it's trying to protect right now do in fact get changed during the sp1 update.
