To properly analyze and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )

Once saved, run the tool.

Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.

Your installation of Windows is not genuine.
For what version and edition of Windows is you computer licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?
The installed edition has probably been activation-enabled enabled by a hacker's utility called RemoveWAT to circumvent problems with activstion.
This is often done in a misguided attempt to upgrade an existing installation using an Anytime Upgrade process.
You will have to revert back to the originally-installed OS using the manufacturer's Recovery media. Then you can upgrade to Ultimate using a legitimate Upgrade.

You can download a copy of your licensed version from the links on this site - Microsoft

Note that they will be Windows only - no other software. You will have to do a clean install

It is better to order a set of Recovery disks from the manufacturer - they don't usually cost much, although Acer seem to be one of the more expensive (around $50, I believe).
Recovery media will return the PC to its ex-factory state.

Eiterh way, back up your data to external media first!

If it's another Acer, yes (although technically, no) - probably, at least as far as Windows goes.
Any other manufacturer the answer is likely to be no - it will still wipe the drive, and may have custom software which is incompatible with your machine.

If it's a System Builder disk, you could use that (but if it's the original release version, you'd still be better to download a fresh disk)

i think it was just avast that made my computer crashed because it hasn't happened in a while and my computers faster but now i need an antivirus but do you think a 4gb usb is enough to back up my computer

I would suspect something was interfering with Avast rather than Avast itself causing the problem - which means you may have some serious infection.
Try running TDSSKiller - Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller

You should install an AV of some kind - MSE is perfectly good enough .... Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

As far as backup is concerned, it depends on how much data you have - but 4GB is unlikely to be enough if you do anything more than surfing with your computer.
