Solved BSOD when opening browser, error 1000007e

I mostly use chrome, but this has happened with IE and firefox as well. Please help.

I'm not familiar with the program myself.

I don't know if you want to uninstall it but that is what's causing it so they should support it or it's not worth it.

They do have a specific page to support blue screen crashes here,

i just uninstalled the program, and i'm posting from my computer now, so...problem solved!

i emailed K9 support to see if they have a fix. i'll just keep it uninstalled until they can tell me something.

FYI, K9 support replied back with this:

"Currently K9 and Avast are conflicting with each other. To resolve this issue please follow the instructions below:
Go to the Avast Console.
Click on [Real-Time Shields].
Next Click on [Web Shield].
Click on [Expert Settings] and then [Exclusions].
Next add "k9filter.exe" (without the quotation marks) to the "Processes to Exclude" list.
Click [OK]
You may need to wait a minute but you should be able to get to the internet now. Please let me know the results."

i did what they asked and it still happened. let them know, but haven't heard back in a week.

i'll go ahead and mark this solved, although i would like to hear back from them again. if i do i'll post again.
