Hello. For about a month now I've had my computer randomly restart, freeze and get BSoDs when playing games like CS:GO and Diablo 3. It happens within about 2-5min of starting the game or entering the match, I can browse the internet with no problems and run 3DMark Vantage without anything problematic occurring.

I have gotten rid of my virus protection turned on and off the windows firewall, updated all the drivers i could think of, cleaned the inside of my computer, performed a clean install of windows 7, bought new RAM and a SSD but the issue has not gone away. Even after a clean install i am getting a very very large number of Event Id 7036 occurring with various services going to a "running state" and a "stopped state."

The last Event Properties from my last BSOD was:

Event Properties - Event 1001, BugCheck
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000f4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffa800df898f0, 0xfffffa800df89bd0, 0xfffff800031e3460).

Not sure what to do next. I have added the files from the Sevenforums diagnostic tool below, any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to SevenForums

Bugcheck F4 is usually a storage/hard drive related crash. You mention a SSD, did you update to the latest firmware for it?

Does the computer crash on mentioned 2 games or other games as well? Did you check if the games have any update/patches on them?

For monitoring the heat/celsius of the system, use Speccy or HWinfo:
What antivirus were you using earlier and what did you switch to?

Let us know.

Those are the only two games I play, so i am not sure about others. I downloaded Piriform and all the temps are at 33 but one video card is at 37.

Before I installed my new SSD I was running McAFee, I didn't renew the sub so i just let it run out and then got rid of the program. On my new SSD Win7 install I don't have any antvirus currently.

I noticed that my SSD Firmware is outdated, so i will try and update it when i find a new harddrive. The bugcheck problem, happened on my old and new SSD its could be a result of old firmware for both occurrences?

Thanks for the help.

Well it could be, didn't you think of firmware update that time either?

McAfee, I'll just say... (Attached image)

= Frequent cause of BSOD-s.

BTW, is this a new computer?

System specs are always helpful:
