Whenever I play a game that runs directx and alt-tab or close the game and go into the same or another dx game I always get a BSOD as soon as I get I begin playing the game after leaving the menu screen. This issue has been going on for some time. I have tried 3 different video cards, different ram including changing timings and voltages, changed motherboards. The issue is not hardware related as suggested by ASUS. attached is the minidump file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try updating your video card drivers. Go to the manufacturer's site, and download the latest drivers for your card.

The only other thing I can suggest is a memory test. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.

Hello !!

I looked at your Dump file it is pointing to ahcix64.sys so i guess it might the Chipset drivers that is messing up. Check for latest chipset drivers and for your RAID.
