Hello Community

I have had a increasing problem with my system crashing when playing games. Most often with newer fps titles.
I often cannot play more then 3-5 min sometimes more before BSOD or crash to desktop(if im lucky). I have used the SF_Diagnostic_Tool I hope rar is ok.

FYI
I have run a memtest on my computer for 8 hours with no errors reported back, I will do so again with individual sticks.

Ran a CPU and GPU stress test. CPU stress test stopped working at random times. Gpu stress tested with no problem.

My computer is not brand new but not very old. I'm not sure if my computer is getting worse or newer game titles are just making my problem more frequent.

Please uninstall Daemon tools as it is well known for BSOD.

Start > click on Computer > Uninstall or change a program > choose Daemon tools. Reboot.
Once uninstalled please go here and remove the SPTD driver itself with this tool:

:ar: http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads
   Warning
If the uninstall button is grayed out when you run the program you dont need to do anything and can close the window, if it is not click it and allow it to run. DO NOT click the install button as it will install a driver known to cause BSODs onto your system.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You do not appear to have an Anti-Virus program installed (Windows Defender is not
an AV program, more spyware and unwanted software protection)

Please install :ar: Microsoft Security Essentials.

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability
compared to other antiviruses/internet security software.
   Note
Once downloaded, update and run a full system scan

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You appear to be overclocking, any overclocking will result in system stability
issues, please return to stock:

Code:
1: kd> !sysinfo cpuspeed
CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz"
MaxSpeed: 3400
CurrentSpeed: [COLOR=red]3502[/COLOR]

This driver is contributing to your BSOD isses:

Code:
Driver: [COLOR=red]nvlddmkm.sys[/COLOR]
Refers to: Nividia Video drivers
Dated: [COLOR=red]Fri Mar 15 01:37:00 2013[/COLOR]

This driver seems to be causing issues in many cases recently, see if there is a later update:

If not, please roll back your driver to the previous version:

Ensure you have all the latest Windows Updates installed.

Also update your Direct X for Windows 7 (link 2):

Hello Dave

Thank you for taking the time to address my problem. I installed microsoft security essentials and ran a scan it came back negative. I updated my video drives even tho I thought I had done so very recently. I had no idea my cpu was overclocked and I changed it back to stock settings. My computer has been stable for a week now after taking your advice ,usualy i had 1 bsod or more every day. I left demon tools since i thought it very unlikely it contributed to the problem.

Thanks again for your quick reply.
