BSOD when playing Feed the Beast(minecraft mod pack)

My bsods have started today when I was playing minecraft. It has happened twice so far, so I believe that there is some sort of issue. I have 6 gigs of ram, and have allocated 3.75 of those to feed the beast. I recently change it from something else, which I can't quite remember off the top of my head. Anyways, here is the BSOD dump, and I hope I did it right.

Trend Micro can contribute to BSOD's I'd recommend uninstalling and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials to see if it provides more stability. Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software

Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes are recommended from a strict BSOD perspective. They do not cause blue screens on the system as other AV products do.

Memtest86+
Run Memtest86+ for at least 8-10 passes. It may take up to 20 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold.    Note

Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial in order to rule the faulty RAM stick out.

   Tip

Do this test overnight.

Basic checks: Please run these tests and report back the results

1. SFC /scannow to check windows for corruption - SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

3. Troubleshoot applications by a clean boot - Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
4. Memtest86+ paying close attention to part 3 - RAM - Test with Memtest86+
5. Hard drive test from HDD mfg website - Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure

1- first Set Java.exe to High Priority by following steps
-Right click your Taskbar.
-Select Start Task Manager option.
-In the new dialog click Processes tab.
-Right click Java.exe process, select Set Priority | High.
-Click Change Priority button under new confirmation box.

2- second Clean and Defrag your Windows Registry

3- Update Drivers

-Click Start, type Device Manager in the Search box.
-Press ENTER.
-Update each device which is out-of-date.
-Restart your computer.
4- Disable Antivirus Real-Time Protection

Somehow it went away after lowering the ram allocated to it(you can change how much ram is allocated to it from the game launcher). I'm assuming that what was happening was that I ran out of ram, as I had it set to almost 2/3 of my physical ram. Looking back, it was blatantly obvious that that was what was causing it, but at the time, I was thinking that more maximum ram allocated = better game performance. Apparently, that's not the case. I believe that I have managed to fix the issue.
