BSOD when playing game, stop 0x124

Hi Guys,
I have some problems with Bluescreen of deaths. I had this problems in the past, and i reinstalled my whole laptop, it helped for a good year. But now i getting BSOD again and i hope u guys could help me. I get this BSOD's when im am playing games like: Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 - Multiplayer, League of Legends. Games that I think my laptop should be running fine. The information from the diagnostic tool are below.
