Hi,

On my 2nd pc I often play games...
Today I launched CoD Black Ops 2 after updating Nvidia drivers from 314.07 WHQL to 314.14 beta... But after 5 minutes of playing a BSoD appears and my computer restart.

I resetted my BIOS because it refused my RAM sticks after the firts BSoD... Now Windows works well, but I get blue screen every time i play a heavy graphics game.

I ran Windows memory diagnostic and it detected a memory problem...
My specs are:

- CPU: Core 2 Duo E6300 @3GHz @1.28V
- RAM: 4,5 GB DDR2 @860MHz @1.92V (1GB PC-6400 + 2GB PC-6400 + 1GB PC-5300 + 512 MB PC-5300)
- Mtherboard: Asus P5Q PRO (@430MHz FSB)
- GPU: PNY GTS 450 1GB GDDR5 @stock frequencies
- 600W PSU

I was able to play normally yesterday, today I had this issue for the first time...
What could be the problem? RAM, GPU?...

Here's my BSoD screenshot:

Any help will be very appreciated.
Now I'm going to run Windows memory test with every single stick of RAM...

That's good to know Dorado, were they faulty or incompatible?

I think they have broken after a long time O.C... They were cheap DDR2 667MHz sticks, and maybe overclocked to 860MHz @1.9V 24/7 they burned :/
I ordered a new 2GB 800MHz stick...

Thanks for the informing me, the main cause was overclocking on hardware which wasn't able to properly support the increased stress.

They worked fine for about 1 month, then they crashed...
They were 1 Samsung stick (512MB) and 1 Redention stick (1GB, made by Crucial)... And both of them are of a bad brand.. :/

Now I'm using an IceMemory stick (1GB) and a V-Data stick (2GB), both 800MHz @860MHz at 1.84V... They work very well! After hours of Windows Memory Diagnostic, they didn't gave an error. They aren't really good brands, but they are stable!
