BSOD when playing

Hello all,

I like to play Ragnarok Online from time to time. For over a month I was busy with tests and didn't play, but today I decided to log in. But the problem is, at the login page, when I was typing my password, the computer restarted itself and spent a while at the blue screen.
I tried again and this time, it not only restarted after a while, but also locked my notebook keyboard before doing it.
I have no idea what could be the issue, the game never did this before. I'm playing the official version of it, downloaded from the official site.

Basic Information:

- I got this notebook roughly a year ago
- Windows 7 Home Basic 32Bits
- OEM
- LG PC
- Pentium Dual-Core T4200 2GHz
- Ram 3G

these were caused by the directx portion of your video driver. Use these to un-install then re-install a fresh copy. Also update the drivers listed below. They go way too far back.

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

How To Find Drivers:

- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

First of all, thanks for bothering with me Mr. Zigzag. But you'll have to pardon my almost complete lack of understanding. What are "these" you said I'll have to use? And how can I download a new copy? And thanks for the tips about upgrading my drivers, I'll do that today. And again, sorry to bother you with my lack of computer knowledge.

After a bit (ok, a lot) of struggle, I discovered how to un-install and re-install my graphic driver. I also updated my Direct X. Now I don't get BSOD anymore, but the mystery of the disabling keyboard is still there... u.u Thanks for your help Mr. Zigzag.
