BSOD when reaching windows screen after attempted driver installation

Ok so I was installing my drivers from the cd for my new motherboard and all was going well but then my mouse+keyboard cut out and the system crashed and now when ever I try to boot it and it gets right about to the windows screen this happens.
Any help would be nice
(Didn't uninstall old gigabyte drivers as i'm not sure where the unistaller/file locations are

Quick note I can get into the system if I boot in safemode if that helps at all.

Is this worth looking at/using or is it just malicious/full of bloatware?
What is error 0X000000D1?

Ok so i've tryed just about everything would a fresh install of windows 7 sort it?
