BSOD when running virus scan

Hi,

After updating bitdefender and running a system scan, my computer crashed.

Probably caused by : SCSIPORT.SYS ( SCSIPORT!SpFreeSrbData+d5 )

Run Driver Verifier to scan for any corrupted drivers which may be causing problems, this program works by running various stress tests on drivers, in order to produce a BSOD which will locate the driver; run for least 24 hours:

The bugcheck can also be caused by faulty or incompatible RAM, drivers accessing invalid memory addresses and corrupt paging files.

Upload a .NFO file:

Start rb: > Type: msinfo32 > File, Save

After running driver verifier, i got a BSOD right off the bat. Rebooted, started my computer and as soon as the windows logo would fade out, and the startup screen was supposed to show up, the BSOD would show up.

The last dump file couldn't be opened for some reason. Also, we need the balance of the files detailed in the BSOD instructions. Something was walking all over memory. SCSIPORT.SYS just happened to be the driver trying to read it at the time.
