Hi all,
Every time when I close the lid or click the 'sleep' button on the start menue to send my Thinkpad X220 to sleep, it cause this '0x0000009f' BSOD, i guess it is caused by the 'Netwsw00.sys' of the Intel Wireless driver. I had updated this driver from Intel® Driver Update Utility, but the problem still exist, can someone help me? My BSOD file is attached.

I performed the clean start up(exept the anti-virus software NOD32, i cannot uncheck it), but the problem still exists. The BSOD occurs randomly when I browse the Internet using the Maxthon cloud brower v.4.0.3.3000, but i guess Maxthon might not be the one to be blamed because other browers have the same problem. The BSOD info is attached.

Okay as a test can you remove Eset and replace with MSE:
Microsoft Security Essentials.

Recommended from a strict BSOD perspective, compatibility & stability compared to other antiviruses/internet security software. It is free and lightweight:-
   Warning
:ar: Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Perform a System File Check to check the integrity of all protected Windows 7 :
  1. Click on the start :orb:
  2. Type CMD on Search
  3. Left click and Run as Administrator
  4. Type
    Code:
    SFC /scannow

The problem is still there!
I had replace the NOD32 with Microsoft Security Essentials, done with the "SFC /scannow", and a Disk Check, but when I launch the internet browser(I use the Maxthon) and put the laptop to sleep, the BSOD came.

If I start the Windows without launching Maxthon, it can go to sleep, so i guess the system might conflict with Maxthon. But I had been used to this browser and I dont want to replace it.

This system is still the original one that I got from the manufacturer, but I keep updating it using the Mircrosoft automatic update, and the Lenovo update utility.

I run the driver verifier and the BSOD occured right after I started up the system, I can not even login the windows, so I had to restore the system to the state without enableing the driver verifier. The report is attached.
