Solved BSOD when start win7 after 1 min w code F4, runs fine in safe mode

I have read now numerous forums and threads but can't get to the bottom of my problem.
( I am trying to solve this now for days)

The computer runs fine in safe mode. Booting in win7 after 1 minute or so BSOD with 0x000000F4.
In between I can start a program but will be interrupted of cause by BSOD.Not enough time to adjust any settings or do any analyzing

I did so far:
- run chkdsk /R = no problem detected, but cannot find report
- used two different driver update programs
- uninstalled numerous programs
- removed pretty much all USB devices
- uninstalled everything from Logitech
- uninstalled all virtual drives

another abnormality is that I can not restore or create restore point.
also the BSOD data are not stored (I enabled the path in 'system advanced' settings)

So I need somebody please who can help me solving this problem systematically.

I followed the instruction and used SF tool but I have problems uploading the ZIP file due to size:
