Hello

Recentely I had a series of BSoD's(14).
Today(6/06/2010) I discovered that it happened when i started my Internet connection but this wasn't always the case.
I checked my minidump files with WhoCrashed (after trying and failing with the regular methods)and this is what I got:

14 crash dumps have been found on your computer. Only 13 could be analyzed. Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is really responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

As instructed I googled the files but I didn't find a good solution.

This forum helped me a lot in the past, so I finally decided to subscribe. I hope you can help me with this problem.

Kind regards and thanks in advance

14 DMP's are going to take a while. I am doing them now

Ken

EDIT::: Just did the most recent 5. these all seem to be caused by one file zpcbdctu7.sys, but there is no reference material on it in google or elsewhere.

I would search for that file to get a clue as to its owner and i would do a thorough virus scan. This could easily be a virus.

If the virus scan comes up clean, and you can figure out who owns this file let us know and we can probably help

Ken

Conclusion
</B>

Kind regards and thanks in advance
dardanus

14 DMP's are going to take a while. I am doing them now

Ken

EDIT::: Just did the most recent 5. these all seem to be caused by one file zpcbdctu7.sys, but there is no reference material on it in google or elsewhere.

I would search for that file to get a clue as to its owner and i would do a thorough virus scan. This could easily be a virus.

If the virus scan comes up clean, and you can figure out who owns this file let us know and we can probably help

Ken
