BSOD When trying to run Windows XP Mode

Hey all!!

I have a problem and was wondering if you can help me

Anyways, i have installed XP Mode onto my laptop, followed the "instructions" from microsoft, then, I open it from my start menu, it opens, i get to the end and click "finish". The window disappears for about 5 seconds, then my laptop BSOD's with the error Driver_Irql_not_less_or_equal. I have tried this with my "normal" every day version of 7 ultimate and a fresh install of 7 pro (with ONLY drivers installed for hardware, c/o windows update). So, my drivers are all up to date...i cant think whats the problem. I have 2 other Win7 Machines but i do not want to try WinXP mode on them as i do not want to start causing problems,etc. ALso, when opening WinXP mode, sometimes an error occurs stating that a process failed to start - "Cannot start Windows Virtual PC Host Process. Check the system event log for more details. Server execution failed"... :S:S:S

Laptop Specs:
LG LS50a
1 GB Ram
Intel Pentium M 1.8gHz (intel centrino)
ATI Monility Radeon 9700 Series GFX
Intel Pro Wireless 2200 B/G
Windows 7 Ultimate (primary)
Windows XP Pro (Secondary)
Windows 7 Pro - Installed last night to test WinXpMode

It really doesnt make much sense :/

Im thinking it could be a ram problem, as i removed one stick, and it "tried" to make the drive, but stated that it could not have more than 0mb of ram...haha ummm im guessing it is a ram issue though...
