BSOD when under a load

Hey i am going to post some .dmp files that I am getting. I seem to get a BSOD whenever the computer is under a load ex: playing online games or d/l torrents. For some reason the last .dmp file that I have is from 2/1/2012 but I got a BSOD 2 times in the last hour. I have done memory tests in the bios and windows and it said that they are fine. My laptop is a hp pavillion dv7-1448dx I am running a amd turion x2 w/ 4gig memory I will post the last 2 .dmp files. Can someone please let me know whats going on I think that my MOBO is going bad and I hope thats not the case.

BSOD under a load diag

Ok, I ran the Mem 86+ thing 6 times no errors. I ran the pc health .html and included it with the jgriff2 folder in a .zip file. I have not ran prime 95 yet though. I got 3 BSOD's while running the jgriff program 3 times but finally managed to get it to run all the way through this last time. any other questions please let me know. I appreciate the help!

Ok, I just got done running prime 95 for 5 hours on each of the three tests and it passed with no errors.

Just ran the crashes from 2012. You've got a couple different things going on here

One crash was caused by BitDefender. Please uninstall and replace with MSE

Did you previously have Norton installed on your system? Or do you have it now? If you had it installed previously and no longer do then run a norton removal tool to make sure everything is gone.

Ok, so I did every diagnostic that you said to. My atheros and jmicron or whatever were already updated to the newest version. I left daemon tools b/c that was an old code from a previous version and I remember why it crashed before it was my fault. I no longer have norton or bitdefender so I ran the uninstallers to totally clean up the left overs. So far no blue screen. I think that it might have been the bitdefender. I recently deleted it and my blue screens started after that I believe. I will see if the problem returns and if it does i will post back. Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it.
