I am using a Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, and recently, I obtained a 2TB external hard drive. I do not know if there is a relationship or not, but it seems that when I use the 2TB hard drive, I am getting freezes and BSOD.

It was usually maybe once every few days, now, its going on when I copy new files to the hard drive.

I have analyzed the different BSOD dumps and it seems there are many different things at fault. I do not know whether to call for a replacement hard drive or format the computer.

Please Help Thanks

Hi Vader18 and welcome to Seven Forums!

Can you tell me the brand of the 2TB external hard drive?
Could you please fill in the system specs?
