I wake my pc up from sleep or even when I start it up it BSOD. It's a crap shoot to get my pc to stay on these days. Idk what's wrong but it's starting to be too frequent for my comfort. It only happens right when the computer starts up but I don't even get to log in the majority of the time. Can anyone help me out?

Welcome to SF xnyk :geek:.

The bugchecks all appear to have a common cause, the consistent drivers pointed
in the dump files are both network related.

One is the of the NIC;
Code:
Qualcomm Atheros [B]AR8161[/B]/8165 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller

lmvm [B][COLOR=Blue]L1C62x64[/COLOR][/B]

fffff880`03fda000 fffff880`03ff8000 L1C62x64
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\L1C62x64.sys
    Image name: L1C62x64.sys
Browse all global symbols functions data
    Timestamp: [COLOR=Red]Thu Jul 19 05:55:34 2012[/COLOR]

Not only it being quite old now, it appears that no Windows 7 drivers are offered for it.

The second, is a part of Norton Internet Security.
Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for [COLOR=Red]SYMNETS.SYS[/COLOR]

lmvm [COLOR=Blue][B]SYMNETS[/B][/COLOR]

fffff880`08e7e000 fffff880`08f14000 SYMNETS T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: SYMNETS.SYS
    Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NISx64\1505000.013\SYMNETS.SYS
    Image name: SYMNETS.SYS

Since there not much we can do about the drivers, I suggest removing NIS completely
and see it was indirectly related to bugcheck'ing the box.

Let us know the results.
