BSOD while/after downloading torrents

For about two month i have had BSOD's whenever i download torrents. Sometimes it doesnt happen, while other times it happens frequently when downloading a single torrent. I use uTorrent, and whenever i see a blue screen i can rarely see read what it says since it happens so fast, but at the bottom it says something like "Dumping memory to disk" and theres a percentage countdown.

I have WIndows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Intel Core i3-2350M CPU @ 2.30 GHz
RAM 4 GB

After looking over your filese, I think I have some answers for you;
Your crashes point to NETIO.sys

There are a few things that can cause this.

1. needing to update your network drivers
2. Your A/V McAfee is problematic, also, you have Avast!
3. Virus/Malware

So, for step 1, please update your network drivers at Lenovo's website. I don't have your model # for your laptop, so I can't link it for you. Go to Lenovo's website and look for the driver to update.

For step 2, uninstall McAfee. http://service.mcafee.com

For step 3;
Most of us here suggest and use Microsoft Security Essentials(MSE). It is extremely effective and has a very small footprint. As a Windows customer, you may download it for free, here. Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
After downloading and running the installer, please ensure that it is up to date. Then, select to run a full scan on all drives.

Also, please download and install, Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer Be sure to download the free version. Upon installation, be sure not to start the free trial. Malwarebytes is a powerful malware detection tool. After you have installed and updated Malwarebytes, run a FULL scan on ALL USER accounts. This means that if you have more than one login for your computer, you will need to run the scan on each account.

After doing these things, post back the results.

I cant seem to find the udate for my driver, could you help? My laptop is a lenovo thinkpad Edge E352 laptop PC series

I do not see that model number listed.
Go here Lenovo Support - Download Drivers and Software (US)
Click on "Run Auto Detect", you must be using Internet Explorer.

Go ahead and update the three under Networking, if they are available.

I downloaded the drivers and uninstalled avast!, but McAfee wont let me uninstall because it is in managed mode, and I can figure out how to disable managed mode and uninstall it. Also, my subscription for McAfee over. I believe I downloaded it because my school forced me.

Try uninstalling McAfee in safe mode with networking.

Hi. Sorry for not replying in so long. I have been really busy with work. I tried uninstalling McAfee while in Safe Mode with Networking, but it still says it can not be removed while in managed mode
