BSOD while backing up

Every time I back up all my files using Seagate software, it reaches only up to 10% (sometimes less) and comes BSOD.

but all the blue screen says is "...KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (storport.sys)"
Here are the diagnostics from this tool (dm log collector) see attachment

Please help!!

kay there are no DMP Files here, however the Driver that it is showing you (storport.sys) Is a critical driver for creating DMP Files.

Try running Windows update to see if this can sort out that driver for you, if not please run a:

Ok so i tried installing updates and there was only one and it was optional but i installed it anyway.

But, I ran sfc/scannnow and i got this message "Windows Resource Protection Found Corrupt Files But Was Unable To Fix Some Of Them"

Ok. so this is what I did

At first, i didn't know how to boot the disk so I tried to do start up repair first and here is what I got (see attachment)

second, I tried to boot the disk using windows 8 installation disk and this is what I got (see attachment) p.s. maybe i was doing it wrong

3rd, i tried to boot using DVD because i have a windows 8 installation disk and this is what I got (see attachment)
