BSOD while browsing, playing or listening to music

Good evening, good morning and good afternoon, depending on where you are,
I'm gonna go straight to the problem. I'm getting 1-4 BSOD's per day. I get them either while simply browsing the internet (facebook, youtube, even this forum), listening to music and chatting on skype or playing (while playing I think I got the BSOD only twice, and both time it was while playing some Minecraft). Now, I don't think I've installed any new drivers and I definitely didn't install any new hardware, apart from when I installed the windows (I changed all PC parts except for HDD and reinstalled the windows). I got the .zip file that's required to help identify the problem and make this post valid for posting. So yeah, that's about it.

What if I install the free version of windows 10?

The problem most likely will be carried over to Windows 10 and it might cause more instability problems due to software and drivers incompatibility with Windows 10.
