BSOD while browsing - recently reformatted drive

Having been the receipiant of several BSOD's recently I eventually got around to formatting my HD, I have since installed all necessary drivers and several programs (Chrome, Firefox, VLC player, Adobe Suite, McAfee Security Centre, etc).

The BSOD's have since reappeared and have occured 3-4 times now, I can't be sure whether this was before or after I installed McAfee. One detailed "page fault in non-paged area" the other something different I didn't quite catch before the system restart.

Please do the following and then submit any new dumps

Uninstall your Anti Virus and replace with
Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
Set up a clean boot. Do not restore any items until, you are instructed to do so.
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Make a full Anti Virus scan.

Submit any new BSODs after you make these changes.
