I am not sure what is causing this issue on my dads laptop. He only uses it for work with email and excel mostly. He surf's the internet but nothing malicious as far as I can see.
I'm trying to talk to him about running the Windows 7 forums diagnostic tool. He doesn't seem to be able to grasp what I am asking him to do. Is it possible if I was able to get him to send me the .dmp files from his harddrive to mine and have them uploaded that way for someone to help me out?
