BSOD While Computer was idle

Okay this is the second time that this happened. I was watching TV with my laptop running on the side. I had a few programs opened like Chrome and Notepad. Anyways I don't actually see the Blue Screen of Death, maybe because my monitor was asleep. So my computer just randomly restarts and once I log on I get a message saying this:
