I am in the process of doing a memory test, will get back to you the results.
I did the network driver updates, but I'm still having the BSOD.
It appears to have a correlation to utorrent (but I am unsure)
I will post the 5 latest crash dumps , thank you all for helping ahead of time

Can you uninstall Kaspersky and see if that stops the BSOD's?
Since when did these BSOD's start..? Was it after some windows updates or Kaspersky update or something?
Let us know.

Microsoft Security Essentials & the Free version of Malwarebytes, update and make full scans separately:

It just started about 4 days ago after the internet service Upgrade (about 2weeks since)
Since then I didn't use utorrent, but now after the upgrade it's been having BSODs, I'm guessing it's to do with the new speed but I'm just guessing here

I thought about it, and it started around the same time I installed saints row IV, could that have something to do with it?

the memtest didn't come up with any errors, I will try the suggested with uninstalling kaspersky and trying Microsoft security essentials, however I'm not sure how this will fix the problem... can I have a reason? or does this BSOD tend to be from the anti-virus...

Thanks for the information. I know that uninstalling something you pay for can never be the best advice but, yes the products do tend to cause bsods.

There are various not just kaspersky. If uninstalling kaspersky does not stop the BSOD's. You can install it back after we do more diagnosis.

Next time you get a BSOD, please do a "grab all" and wait for the tool to finish its work. There were some files missing from your output.

I also took a look at the windows updates and the only one corresponding to the dates that I started experiencing the BSOD is a definition update for windows defender.

oh ok, the consistant theme with the BSOD seems to be that I leave utorrent on for downloading in the background and that seems to cause the BSOD somehow, or even when I leave it to just download it also causes a BSOD, so I'm starting to think it does have something to do with internet access just not sure how... will try removing kaspersky since it's starting to seem like a possible cause to the problem ( since I know that kaspersky "pipes" the internet traffic through it)

I'm doing a quick scan with both M. security essentials and malwarebytes, and apparently malwarebytes has already found something, lol, maybe kaspersky isn't good enough for malware... anyways after the scan I'm going to do a restart and try to BSOD it, if nothing happens, then awesome but if it does BSOD I'll be sure to wait for it to finish so we can have a full diagnostic.

I may take untill tomorrow to say that it's been fixed, but if I respond earlier it is probably cause it wasn't, so if I don't respond for some time it's a good sign...

It didn't fix the problem, it did seem like it helped though... but still during extensive use of the internet it still causes a BSOD

will the sysdata file that windows mentions that will help describe the problem do of use?

eg:
files that help discribe the problem:
blahhh/file.dmp
appData/Local/Temp/WER-number-0.sysdata.xml

This is soooooo annoying what could be the problem???!!! this is the longest I've ever taken trying to fix a BSOD, I'm a techy/(helping-people-fix-their-computers person) too but I've never spent so long trying to figure one out, Some more help would be appreciated, thanks for the help so far.
