BSOD while doing skype or other daily tasks, error 0x0000000a

Hello, this BSOD happens to my aunt laptop, they bought it a week ago. It had Windows 8 but I Installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and BSOD started to occur even few times a day at random. I attached the required zip file. Please help me.

Your logs are incomplete, important files are missing that we need to analyze your issue/s. Follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, let the tool run until it has completely finished and then upload the new logs.

Thanks for the notice. I used that tool the previous time but still uploading the new zip file. Just made it.

The systeminfo file is still missing, it's needed to analyse the situation properly. Please re-run the tool until it has completely finished and upload the new unedited logs.

Both of the times it finished completely and I did nothing with logs. It went back to blue screen saying press any key after that it closed itself. Left zip file on the desktop that's it. Maybe I need to enable or disable something. Maybe something is blocking it or so. Because this is the 2nd time I installed Windows 7 because I thought it would fix it. Today was the first time it got BSOD again. Maybe that's why there is something missing. The last time it got like 5-6 BSOD but I re-installed Windows as I stated earlier. Sorry for making this much trouble
