Solved BSOD while downloading Torrent (NETIO.SYS)

Hi, this is my problem for a long time. I bought my new laptop 2 months ago. I tried these solutions:
-I updated Windows and all drivers
-I was using Avast, but I read anti-virus programs occur this kind of BSOD, so I uninstalled it and I installed Microsoft Security Essentials.
However the problem was not solved. Also I tried to run driver verifier but after restart again BSOD.. I don't know what to do.. :huh: I attach SF Diagnostic Tool files.

Perform a clean boot:

Reduce items at start-up. Nothing except anti-virus is required plus improves the time for logging in windows.

Perform a System File Check:

1. Click on the start rb:
2. Type CMD on Search
3. Left click and Run as Administrator
4. Type SFC /scannow

Disk Check on your hard drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Upgrading drivers for pre-existing device

1. Open http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/97061-driver-install-device-manager.html
2. In the Device Manager locate the device you wish to update the drivers for/look for a :warn:
3. Right-click the device and click Properties.
4. In the Properties window click the Driver tab.
5. Click the Update Driver button.
6. In the Hardware Update Wizard point Windows to the location of the updated drivers on your hard drive

Once drivers have been installed reboot.

Check the system for latest updates and download+install them one by one.

Actually, I was about to post this thread yesterday. But SF Diagnostic Tool did not run because of appcrash error. After that I perform system file check (sfc/scannow) and able to run SFDT. Now, it passed about 1 hour after I started to download with Bittorrent, and no BSOD for 1 hour. I'll monitor it for a while, and if BSOD occurs I'll try other solutions you suggested.

It's okay

You may not necessarily follow all steps but if done it just helps improve or fix a conflict.

Sometimes it may be a set of corrupted drivers which the above cannot solve but a clean install of the OS will.

No BSOD occured since I performed a system check. I appreciate for your explanatory replies. Now I can mark the thread as solved

Again same BSOD was occured. I found the solution by disabling IPv6 with "Microsoft Fix it 50409".
How to disable IP version 6 or its specific components in Windows
I disabled IPv6 but I don't know that can cause a problem. Can it?
