It is a retail Gigabyte motherboard.
Code:
BaseBoardManufacturer = Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
BaseBoardProduct = H61M-DS2 3.0
And it is a Lenovo OEM license.
Code:
Product ID:                00426-OEM-8992662-00497
This license, when found anywhere other than a factory installed Lenovo PC, is a counterfeit windows installation, so yours is.

And a counterfeit windows installation is subject to all sort of issues including BSODs by its own virtue. Troubleshooting will not lead to a definite goal.

Get genuine windows. Get rid of that buggy counterfeit install, do a clean install including Service Pack 1.

Report us for any further issue.
