Solved BSOD While Gaming

Just got another blue screen after a fresh re-installation on Windows 7. This is very frustrating to me and the reason I didn't want to wipe/re-install to begin with is because I had a feeling that it wouldn't do any good anyhow. I have no idea what to do from here. If anyone has any other suggestions then I am open to try them because I am absolutely lost at this point.
DMP file is below. I am very interested in finding out what the problem is now.
Thank you for your time.

Thanks for replying. The BSOD Dump & System File Collection app would not create a Output folder named Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2. I ran the program twice with no luck. I also searched my PC for a folder named Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 and found nothing. The System Health Report did work though and I have attached it below.

Where did you run the program from? The instructions are to save it to your documents folder so permissions will allow the folder to be created.

I originally ran it from the downloads folder and not the documents folder so that was the problem. Here it is.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff880053d4d78, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff880021c4688, Exception Record Address
Arg4: fffff880021c3ee0, Context Record Address

Caused by DirectX or the display card/display card driver. Other possible causes are Memory problems... BIOS... Corrupted hard disk file system... Corrupted System Files... Lack of Windows updates... Drivers...
Thanks to Dave76 for help understanding possible causes.

We will start with the common problems first (see bold possible causes). Do the following steps and test after each to see if stability increases (the graphics card tests you can run concurrently as they will not increase stability unless you are forced to replace the card(s)). Post back your results after each step, and if you get a blue screen crash, upload the files again and await further instructions after we are able to analyze the crash.

HWINFO's logging feature for the sensors. The logging did not seem to run very long. It would be best to get logs of the temperatures while the system was idle, and then also during the tests stressing the system.

Ok here you go. I ran another HWiNFO64 test during a few gaming sessions and I have attached the results. Does anything stand out at all?
I'm starting to thing that my video card is probably faulty because I can't figure out what else it could be.

Temperatures look good.

Do you have AMD Vision Engine Control Center or EasyTune6 installed? Uninstall if you do. They use AODDriver2.sys which is known to cause BSODs.

AMD Vision Engine Control Center is part of my driver package. How can I uninstall it without uninstalling the GPU drivers? AMD Vision Engine Control Center doesn't even show up on the installed programs list.

You will have to uninstall through control panel -> uninstall a program and uninstall the AMD install manager. Then, install just the drivers without the software.

I just uninstalled AMD Vision Control Center. I hope that it turns out that this was my BSOD issue. I will report back if I continue to blue screen.

Thank you for all your help.

You're welcome. Best wishes that does the trick.

AMD Vision Engine Control Center sometimes overclocks without the user's input, so it can help to remove it.

How is the system currently responding?

I recently purchased a Nvidia 550ti 2GB and I have not experienced a single blue screen crash as of yet.
I'm guessing that my ATI card was faulty or either the drivers were faulty.
