Oh ok i guess you are smarter than me. I only finished college at 19 so i wouldn't know. I WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES. you reply back and forth instantly to mock me. When I ask for help, u instantly CRITICIZE. Then i apologize and wait and wait. You let it drag on for 5 days yet to mock me it takes you a few minutes.
I think it's time to get serious.

You got precise and polite advice in posting. How on earth can you take that as critic?
Second, this is a site based on voluntary interest. All of us members are here voluntarily, in addition to our work, studies, real life in general. As it is it can sometimes take quite a long time before a member gets answered, even longer before a solution has been found.
It's very simple: Volunteers help other members here for free. If this free help from volunteers all around the globe is too slow for you or if you consider it not being professional enough, you are always free to take your issues to commercial services and pay for getting your issues fixed.
You have made yourself a laughingstock now, with your childish behavior. I think it would be best if you apologized z3r010 and accepted that you will get help when some of our Crash & BSOD expert members have had time to check your issue.
