Well the only way this can be good news is if you are overclocked, that would explain a hardware fault like this.
Also it can be the result of an overheat on rare occasions.

Other than that it's going to be an actual hardware problem.
The Whea error is pretty specific.

Code:
WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
Arg2: fffffa80069c6038, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
Arg3: 0000000000000000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
Arg4: 0000000000000000, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

I notice you are saying this is happening with a newer game, you may want to consider turning down the settings.

The easiest fix I know for this error is to remove any overclocks (cpu/ram/gpu) that may be in place.

i been seeing on one of my screens an occasional flash of a black bar across the semi bottom of the screen, i have noticed it when i have video on one, and im browsing on the other, and i used the recommended settings for the game, benchmarked and i was running about 55FPS average. although, i have been playing crysis 2 on max settings using the advanced options executable and have had no such problems with a couple hours strong of playing. im thinking its my video card, also, its been hot as of late, and my card is idling around 41c when usually its about 34c and full load on 60c rather than the 50c normally. just a hot day out here in sunny CA i supposed cause ive never experienced it. i am not overclocked either. im thinking it might have over heated. cause i didnt actually SEE the blue screen, both of my monitors acted like i disconnected em.

also i am playing in direct x 11 if that makes a difference, so i think youre right, basic over heating

i got one of those Twin Frozr II cards, guess i need to go buy a new one, oh well, it will do for now.

Actually that's fine for a under stress temp.
Nothing is overclocked?

COuld it be my power supply under powering the card through the 6 pin? i had made a thread asking if that would lead me to have BSOD before, wondering if its not getting its ample power.

You could always flush and reinstall the drivers there's several tools for it.
The best one for graphics drivers is probably this one.
Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

Make sure you are getting drivers from the source whenever possible as well.
In your case this means the ati/amd website.

Yeah you need a complete removal there including the control center, and reinstall.
That's why I referenced you to driver cleaner there.
