BSOD while in 'hibernate' or 'sleep'

Hi,

Whenever I do the 'Hibernate' or 'Sleep' function, a BSOD would appear and it would shut down. I have attached the SF file. I have restored the computer to previous states. But still this problem happens everytime.

The dumps appear to be caused by an old driver but I also see a mix of online security oriented
software that might prove to be troublesome, but for now let's focus on the wireless driver.

Do you have any firewall software or other internet intercepting software that
might cause an issue?


As I mentioned above I noticed you have installed:

• Panda Anti-Virus.
• SecureW2.
• McAfee Siteadvisor.
• Trusteer Rapport.

This seems like a time bomb combination to me.

Well I have updated one of the drivers from Intel. And removed SecureW2.

But BSOD still happens with the sleep or hibernate function. I have attached the new SF file.

Whats the next step?

Hello sorry for the late reply .
We (the debugging community) are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment as there appears
issues with the public symbols server which we are dependent upon in order to read the dump files
in a meaningful manner.
As things stand patience must be at the utmost of priority.

Update:

I was able to analyze the dumps and they pertain to be the same as before except
for the the fact that the driver is updated now.

Does removing the software mentioned above as well as keyscrambler for troubleshooting purposes
a viable option in your eyes?
Also, you didn't answer my question from my previous post;

Using the same online utility as before please update your intel integrated graphics driver.
