BSOD While Installing LAN Drivers Win 8

I am having Bsod While installing Win 8 LAN Driver on my PC
I have attached my PC SF Debug files With This Post Please Help .

its safemode with networking is not working.
Do this problem resolve by changing to Win 7.
Please Guide me now.
