BSOD while playing DOTA 2

Hey! dota2 worked fine on my pc for three months but then it started giving bsods so i set the graphics to low but it didn't help and i kept getting this one bsod after starting dota2 for 5-10 mins: DXGMMS1.sys

Here is my system information collected by SF Diagnostic tool and Dm log collector:

It appears a piece of hardware is faulty, either the GPU or CPU.
I recommend running Prime95 and Furmark to see which hardware piece is faulty.
