Im getting BSOD at Dota 2 midgame. It happens randomly. It also happens in other games. The driver atikmdag.sys and dxgmms1.sys is always being displayed at the blue screen with different BC codes. I had updated my graphics driver to the latest but it still happens. Currently I downgraded to 19.11.1 radeon and still it happens. I don't know if it is the graphics driver or not. I also done a windows update but i thnk i still have 1 important update i didn't install(I think it was a security rollup). I also ran windows memory diagnostics to check my ram but reported no errors. Then I sfc and it too reported no errors, just validated. Then i ran chkdsk to see if it is my hard drive but no errors. Pls help, I don't know what to do, I'm thinking if i should bring it to a repair shop.

Hi

You appear to be running a non-genuine system

Retail(gigabyte) motherboard with an OEM product key

Forum rules dictate that no help can be provided until the system is genuine.
