Hello there,

Since some time now i'm getting some BOSD while playing.
I checked the temperature while playing, everything is stable, however the crashes are totally random.

Some day i can play 3 hours to "big games" it will be fine, another day the computer can crash while watching a streaming.

Last year my graphic card burned, my issues started from there, however i changed the ram/graphic card and power supply, i'm still getting the crashed.

My understanding of computers is too limited to confirm my guess here, i think that the CPU or mother card has an issue, however, i have no way to confirm that.

Do you have any idea of how to confirm or found the issue?
I have already check the ram and i got nothing.

I just got a result from Whocrashed

It would seem that there is some overheating happening, double check that your fan or cooling system is working properly, the best method for this is to have a look inside at the fan to see if it isworking properly

Hello,

I would like to up this post again as the issue wasn't fixed at the time, even with more fans, but i didn't have time to confirm as i was too busy at the time.

I used the dm log collector and attached the report, if someone don't mind having a quick look at this file.

Thanks in advance for your help.
Alex.
