BSOD while playing games and browsing

hello guys

i have this pc build for over 2 years now i got the blue screen only once

1 month ago i formatted mypc

and i started getting BSOD while playing and browsing and sometimes i get it when i click on links, sometimes when i close the game,

Would really appreciate if someone help
