Solved BSOD while playing games, caused by afd.sys

Hey guys, im suffering from random BSOD´s while playing games (in general).
When the blue screens pops up, it shows a nvlddmkm.sys code 0117,but when viewing it from
BlueScreenView, it shows that the error is caused by afd.sys. I dont know what to do, as I reinstalled both of the graphics controller (integrated and dedicated) and the motherboard controller, and I keep getting them.

The dump blames nvlddmkm.sys, If you are on the most recent driver try rolling back to a previous one.

Did what you said but i keep getting the bsod , even after updating to latest driver. Same code
Edit 1: tried to upload the zip, but didnt get any dmp
EDIT 2: Solved the problem by disabling that optimus thing
